3 Layer 55" PET Sheet Line

We are looking for sheet line as follows:
- We are looking to produce between 2,800 and 3,800 lbs/hour.
- Thickness sheet range between .012" to .064"
- Maximum sheet width of 51" wide sheet (generrally a 55" wide die makes 51" wide sheet)
- Chrome roll diameters minimum 18" top and 24" to 30" middle and bottom rolls.

2300 mm wide Welex Sheet Extrusion Line

- The line is suitable for the production of PS, PP ABS and PE sheet.
- With a die range up to 14mm thick
- It is ideal for a variety of applications

The line which consists of the following ccomponents;
- Welex 150 mm single screw extruder
- Hydraulic lantern slide screen changer
- Welex model GP90 melt pump with DC motor
- Static mixer
- Welex type ABA co extrusion adaptor
- 63 mm Welex co extruder
- 2200 mm wide Verbruggen die
- 90" (2286mm wide) Welex 3 roll polishing stack
- Top and bottom protective film laminating station
- 3 zone pumping group
- 90" wide 2 roll haul off
- 3m wide Femas Guillotine for thick PS and ABS
- Conveyor and sheet stacker
- The output should be in the region of 800 kg plus per hour.
