- Primary extruder: 4.5" NRM, 24:1 L/D ratio, 200 hp DC motor, water cooled barrel
- Secondary extruder: 2.5" Welex extruder, 30:1 L/DD ratio, 75 hp DC motor, with static mixer
- Melt pump: Maag 56/56 pump with DC drive
- Sheet die: 44" EDI model Ultraflex R 75, 0.
